2003 Chevy Suburban for $8,500. 112K miles with a brand new GM transmission with a 3 month transferable warranty. Carfax shows 1 owner and last emission testing 4/2008 at 81K miles. Does show accident 9/2003 and I'm guessing that's why the bumper is a little off (look at photo). This guy isn't the owner and I think he bought the SUV and is selling it so he has no answers to the accident on Carfax. He probably has a notarized title and never transferred it over to his name. Any advice would help. Thanks.

Accident is 9/2009 not 9/2003 sorry for the typo.
He is the owner but I think he just got it and has not transferred title over so technically he's the 2nd owner but has only had the SUV for a short while.
