2003 chevy silverado wont start, full battery charge, won't even crank?

I have a 2003 chevy silverado 1500. My truck shut off in the driveway for no apparant reason and since I cannot get it to fire up. I have full battery power, dash light's come on dome lights, radio exc.. When I try to start it I get nothing doesn't try to turn over at all. I did install a new battery hoping it was on it's last leg but same out come. Any idea's?

Most definetly it must be your security anti-theft system malfunctioning. Since it's a GM, its a common problem. I have a 2004 Impala which suffer the same fate. It is hell having to wait for the security system to allow the car to crank. I would suggest taking it to a GM dealership, describe the problem to them the best way you can and they will fix it for you. Sometimes, you might have to wait some time about 10 minutes before it starts.
