My truck is a 03 silverado v6 4.3l manual transmission in the morning it starts no problem and runs fine but in the afternoon it will start and drop so low in rpms it wont stay running i have cleaned the throttle body and changed the air filter the plugs are new. The truck also has a hick up in third gear sounds like it is missing a little bit.
