I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu, it starts fine and runs well, but when i try to turn it off it gets stuck between Off and ACC and will not budge. The steering wheel turns freely and the car is definitely in Park. I got the ignition replaced and new keys and I am still running into these problems any ideas?
