2003 2nd row buckets 2 bench?

I bought my 2003 suburban back in November, 2013, and only had 5 kids and wife, so i bought seven seater suburban. Recently learned we are pregnant again and need a bench seat. Do the captains seats and bench seats' mounting holes line up and thus can be swapped?

Doing a google search most people are doing the opposite swap. Seems the key is the seats have to be from another Suburban.
