2002 Suburban rear heat leak

I have a 2002 2500 Suburban with rear ac. The other day the line started leaking and I do not know much about this system. My question is:
Are there known problems with the rear line and connections?
Is it a pain in the @ss to fix?
Are the lines solid from the fire wall all the way back to the rear heater core?

Any info would be great.
