Hello everyone, my name is Brock and I am new to this forum. I have an issue with my truck and I was hoping to get some advice.
I have a 2002 Chevy Suburban 1500 with 150,000 miles on it.
When you start the truck the idle will go up and down. It usually idles at about 500 RPM, when you start it the idle goes down to 300 and back to 500 and keeps doing this for a couple seconds. I noticed that if you give it some throttle it straightens out. It also does it at random while at stop lights. If it does it while at the stop light, when you begin to accelerate it tends to be a bit bumpy while taking off.
Does anyone know what can cause this ?
