2002 a/c, rpm, speedometer, fuel & water gauge problem

I have a 2002 Avalanche that someone attempted to steal the after market stereo. The dash lights, oil pressure and battery gauges work; but the a/c unit has no power and the speedometer, rpm, fuel and water gauges don't work. I've removed the dash cluster to check if it had come loose and it did not. I even unplugged it and plugged it back in and still nothing. I've checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. Haven't checked any relays. Any ideas? Thanks!

Did the original equipment radio in this vechicle have any display functions for anything related to average miles per gallon, average speed, or any other information not directly related to the radio functions?

Don't know. Bought truck used and the original radio was already removed.
