2001 Suburban LS RWD Rims

I'm looking to pick up some new rims but I'm wondering where I can find the so called 'offset' for the factory 16" rims.

16x8, 0mm Offset
16x10, -25mm Offset

Remove a wheel and measure it. On the back of the wheel place a straight piece of wood or metal across the edge of the rim. Measure the distance from the bottom of the material to the mounting surface of the wheel.

Do we still need to measure its height？

That measurement gives you Backspace.
Offset is then figured out based on the centerline of the wheel.
