Long time since i have had to visit! My 2001 1500 suburban with a 5.3 litre is having some a/c issue! I went and bought a can of refridgerant with a built in gauge and followed the instructions and still no cold air! I can hear the a/c clutch engaging but only for about 2-3 seconds every 20 seconds. I dont think i even got half a can in before i was at the full mark according to the a/c gauge on the can! Could this be a clutch problem on the pump? I know a lot about cars but not much about a/c systems. Anyone else having these issues?
