I have a 2001 Chevy silverado 1500 V8, its been a couple of days when i try to turn on, it wont completely start. i then turn off ignition wait for a couple of seconds and try again, the truck then turns on normally. This happens every morning before i go to work, or if the truck has been off for a couple of hours. Do i have a bad battery? Bad starter? i appreciate the help!!!
