2001 chevy silverado 4.3 v6 wont start only if you pour fuel directly in the

throttle body? Ok I have an 01 silverado 1500 4.3 v6 and it will not start.only will start if you pour fuel into the throttle body.so I put a fuel pressure gague on the test port and checked the psi.... 38psi the manual says 60-66 psi
and 3-10 when running. I hear the pump running when the key is on.
should I replace the fuel pump? anybody know what the minium fuel pressure should be to start the truck ? fuel pump assy. is 259.99 kinda expensive to replace just by trouble shooting to replace parts.
