2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 Tow/Haul not working.?

I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500. The tow/haul isn't working. When the button is pressed, there is no light on the dash or change in RPM's.
I haven't been able to find a fuse that matches this.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Its not the fuse, its the stalk that houses the button. The wires are cracked internally. It is very common. Have the stalk/button replaced. It should not be terribly expensive.
