my chevy has all its check engine lights, sevice lights, abs brake lights on, and i brought it to a mechanic to be looked at, it stalls sometimes when i drive it to a stop, the mechanic said it was the pcm and he cant fix it... why cant he fix it? its not that diffictult, right?
