2001 Chevrolet Malibu easy 10 points?

I own a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu color Light Driftwood. I have noticed that the chevy bowtie in the center of the hubcaps has lost its color. The only problem is, I don't know what color to repaint it.

Does anyone know the original color of the bowtie in the center of the hubcaps? On hubcap has some gray on the bowtie, but I'm not sure if that is transfer from something else.

you should be able to use the VIN number at a auto body paint shop, or even the dealer and they will give you the paint code number and you can even get a small amount mixed fairly cheap. they also can give you a small scratch bottle. if the center caps are removeable, you can take them to a paint shop, and fairly inexpensively have them repainted, or the dealer might be able to still get them. good luck,
