I have replaced the oxygen sensor closest to the exhaust manifold upstream twice. I get a code P1137 when I test - which is Lack Of HO2S Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean

Can anyone help me diagnose what I need to do. Thanks in advance for the help. Dan
