2000 Toyota Camry vs. 2003 Chevy Malibu?

I am considering purchasing the following the malibu is a 2003 LS V6 with 147,000 miles it needs nothing and the Camry is a 2000 LE V6 with 138,000 miles the camry has a dent in the door and the power mirrors don't work and the check engine light is on because oxygen sensors. I need to know which one is the better value both are $3500 and which one will last longer

Really depends on the maintenance history of the vehicles...personally I would want neither due to the more expensive to repair and lower mpg of the V6, but that's just me :}
