Hi,
Have a 2000 suburban 1500 5.3 have had a driveline vibration & bearing noise for 1 year. I rebuilt rear diffo 2 years ago ( no vibration ) . I first replaced tires & balanced, then ft & rear bearings & axle shafts new driveshafts . Sent to chevy they said ft diffo more vibration in 4wd. Sent to trans shop they went thru ft diffo & transfercase, still there they said lets check driveshafts again no difffrence. The vibration originally was at 70 - 72 now seams at 65 to 72. It feels like its comming out of rear driveline. Ready for a new one. Any opinions or anyone no a 4x4 shop in chicagoland would be appreciated.
Thanks lou

Have you tried moving the rear wheels/tires to the front and fronts to rear to see if vibration moves with tires. If it does you may have a bad tire, nothing to do with balance.
