2000 chevy silverado won't start?

My sisters truck won't start. I'm just trying to find out more information on her so she doesn't spend and arm and a leg on taking it some were and trying to figure it out. It Just wouldn't turn over sat morning. Her friend charged the battery, and tried a jump pack and still wouldn't start. It won't even try it just clicks. Wonder if anyone could give a few suggestions

we checked all the connections and the actual charge of the battery is good.
