2000 Camaro v6 advice

Hello everyone,

I don’t see too many f bodies on here so i’m just gonna throw this out there. On Wednesday i’m buying a 2000 v6 manual (base model) for $600. It doesn’t start (dude killed the battery when trying to start it after the gasket blew), has a blown head gasket, and some exhaust problems. i’m capable of fixing all of those problems myself so that’s not a huge deal, just gotta do the work. Anyways the guy took the cats out and said it includes glass packs and a hush muffler. besides all that is there anything else i need to be prepared to fix? the body and interior are great so no problems with that, but i want to kind of know what more i could be going into with this.

Also i’m in a county where emissions aren’t required so the cats/glass pack stuff isn’t a huge priority for me right now. i’m just wanting to get it started up again -sorry if this is too vague

Not sure how anybody over the internet is going to tell you what else is wrong with this car. You have no way of knowing if those are the only issues without tearing open the engine. For $600 in the worst case you can part it out and make a profit.
