I been through three AC/Heater blower motors in the last 2 years. They keep shorting what I assume is from a leak. It's not the heater core. No noticeable fluid in the floor board. Any one else had this issue? Please help. Thanks!

Is their any evidence of a fluid like stain to support your guess?
Have all the motors been from the same manufacturer?
No other electrical issues, bulbs burning out frequently, etc.?

I have had water in the floor board before, but that was before the first motor expired. I haven't noticed any since. The last two I've not noticed any fluid or stains.. As far as I know no other electrical issues. If you tap the motor it'll barely spin. Like it's seized up. No electrical smells either.

I would consider a different brand motor

3 of the same kind shorting out? Won't a different brand do the same thing?

you have another explanation? you state the problem is mechanical in nature, it is seizing. Excessive voltage will burn out a motor but you have no other symptoms such as failing bulbs, headlights, etc. Do you have clogged vents that no air is flowing but I think you would notice that the minute you put in the new motors. You dont have a cabin air filter? Is there a country of manufacture on the motor, perhaps China?
