my 1999 chevy silverado serpentine belt squeaks while i push on the accelerator pedal i already put belt dressing on it and it still squeaks?

Belt dressing is generally useless. Belt dressing just attracts dust and debris onto the belt. Check your belt tensioner. If your tensioner is faulty then it will not apply enough tension on the belt to keep it tight. When you accelerate and a load is put on the engine, the loose belt will slip across the pulleys, just like when a car does a burnout.

belt dressing doesn't do squat on serpentine belts.
