I have a 1999 chevy tahoe with front and rear A/C. I am not getting any air at all from the front vents but all other vents are blowing air just fine strong (floor, defrost, combo, etc). When A/C is on, the air is cool in the front but colder in the rear. All the switches/controls seem to be working ok (temp control, direction flow, blower/fan control). When I switch from hot to cold (or vice versa), the actuator door is opening and closing as it should. I took it to an a/c mechanic (friend) and he checked the suction on the vacuum and inspected the hoses and it's all good. What could possibly be the problem? Is there another actuator door in there somewhere that I should be looking for? The book doesn't help much or at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated because it be hot over here. =)

If you look under the dash right of the gas pedal their is a box with electric wires to it, and two little arms that control your air flow (where it goes) this part is not working properly. You can manually move one of the arms, and you will see that the air moves up and onto your windsheild.
