I recently aquired a 1997 Silverado Z71. The A/C doesn't want to turn on. I push the a/c button and the light comes on but no power seems to be getting to the pump. I checked the wire end that plugs into the pump with a test light and there is no power there.. I figure there is a broken wire somewhere between the switch and the a/c pump itself. Or there may be a relay or something that is bad. Anybody have any solutions please??

I also have a problem with my power window on my drivers side. It has the "auto" feature on the drivers side where the windo rolls down by itself. When it gets to the bottom, it keeps rolling down..subsequently causing a little wheel/roller on the inside of the door to fall out of it's track, causing the window to fall out of it's track. Is there a limit switch/sensor that has gone bad? or is there supposed to be some sort of "stop" on the end track the little roller/wheel is in? So, I have no a/c, and can't roll my window all the way down without it falling out of the track. PLEASE HELP ME...IT'S GETTING HOT!!!!!
