Okay ON My 1997 Chevrolet Malibu. the theft system often malfunctions, causing me to wait 10-20-30 minutes for it to start back up.. and here recently i got a new battery for my car. For some reason now. My radio says LoC on it..constantly. and the radio will not work without a code. the car is a used car. so whoever had the code before me. didnt give it to me and nor is it in the manual. i have no idea what to do. also 3 of the windows no longer roll up or down. I have no idea. I need a quick fix for a cheap price...if anyone can give me some ideas..i would GREATLY appreciate them
