when you first roll it over it sounds like it is not getting enough gas but once started it seems like it is getting too much. i just changed the fuel pump and sending unit and the fuel filter. today it didn't try to fire so i am thinking an ignition problem. the distributor, plugs and wires were just changed not that long ago. one other thing i noticed is that seafoam did nothing to help it run better so i don't think it is fuel related. i live in WI so it is cold but i ran it for a hour and it only warmed up to 150 degrees.

feel free to tell me what you think even if it is just an educated guess.

map sensor
take it to auto zone and have it checked on the analyzer
or go to a garage and have them check it
it could also be pvc valve

Bad oxygen sensors are a possibility. They contribute to how rich or lean your fuel mixture is.
