what is the correct timing degrees on 95 5.7 stock at 15 now but throwing code.

what is the code?
did you check the timing with the computer controlled spark disabled?
you no longer have the emissions sticker under the hood which explains how to disable the computer and what the timing spec is? should be set for zero.
