1993 silverado intermitent problem

my 1993 silverado 5.7 with tbi will be running fine then will start idleing rough for a minute or two then clear up or when driving will lose some power when i give it more gas and after a couple minutes be ok. does this once or twice a day.

is the check engine light on? how many mile since you changed air and fuel filter?

no chk engine light but never changed fuel filter in the 2 yrs ive had it. 100,000 miles. guess i better try that. thanks
