1990 suburban dead after new starter installed.

1990 suburban V2500 installed new starter, won't turn over, no click, no dash lights, no door chime. Originally thought it was a bad new starter, it tested fine. Has new battery, everything grounded. Any ideas? It ran perfect before I installed the new starter. Thanks.

use a voltmeter or test light to check the wires connected to the starter, you may have an internal break in one of the wires or connector

Yeah, it sounds like the cable from the battery to the starter.
