Does the light come on? Is there juice down to the actuator? That's the first thing you should have checked! The actuator works by putting voltage to a small rod in the actuator, expanding a gas, and the gas pushes the rod in to engage the 4x4. I got pissed off at mine, and just put a toggle switch in it to turn it on and off, but if you still got no power down there, it's a quick fix .
