I changed the brake pads on the rear and now the dash light is staying on and no brakes on the back. Is there a reset button for the valve or a retailed explanation about how to get the ball to center? Thanks

Have you tried stomping on the brake pedal really hard? I assume you are referring to a proportioning valve concerning the ball?

Did you bleed them and try going in reverse and stomping the pedal? If you don't have the brakes adjusted out far enough to make contact with the drums, you'll never get them to grab. Make sure you have a slight drag on the drums, bleed them and try the reverse slam a few times. If your auto adjusters are working properly, then this should work for you. Post back and let us know what you tried and what happens. Just make sure if you're doing the backing thing, that nothing's behind you that you can hit.
