1987 GMC Suburban, Turbo Diesel part id?

I am looking for this part and have not had any luck finding it. It is leaking, possibly from a crack.
Any idea of what it is and where I could find one?
Oh, it is a 6.2 L Diesel with a Banks Turbo.

I added another photo with the fuel filter in place.
It is made by Stanadyne.

Yes, but it seems this part was particular to the Banks Turbo. I have found the company that manufactured them, and with luck will be able to get a replacement.
