1987 Cavalier manual or oil info ?

Hello i am looking for a user manual or handbook (i've seen some form Haynes)
for a 1987 Chevrolet Cavalier RS 2.8 V6 Manual 5 speed Convertible.
The main issue i am having is that i cant find the correct motor and gear oil for my car aswell as how much.

They dont have the type of oil on the filler cap, 5W30 or a similar marking? It would take 5 quarts. The oldest I could find is a 93 which may help.

Looking at Autozone's website, they show that they recommend 5W-30 for use in all temps for your engine oil. I didn't see any recommendations for the gear oil, so you may want to check with a Chevy dealer and ask them.
