*SEND OFFER* - No low balling. I got the car for 15k and put 8k in motor/upgrade work as I had no choice but I firmly believe in doing things right so I had great stuff installed for future potential additions of power. Im ASKING 18k. Please dont low ball.

Up for sale is a 1970 Chevy Nova with a Chevy Big Block BRAND NEW 496 motor in it (a great beginning to a pro-street set up). If you wanna make it a track car, you are well on your way with this thing. I picked this up in February and I bought it with a motor in it which claimed to be new and wasn't. My stupid mistake. He also was in the process of making it a Yenko clone. Anyways, The rod bearing spun after a week and the guy used cheap parts in the motor. Long story short, I completely had the motor rebuilt by the guys over at EB3 Motorsports in Chantilly, VA with quality forged parts among other quality things. I do not have the time or energy to own one of these cars anymore and didnt know what I was getting into. Im 26 and trying to go to grad school. Let my loss be your gain if this is something you really wanna tend to.

The Nova is in pretty good shape. It has a 4 speed manual with a muncie transmission. The frame is great with no rust, which was looked at from under a lift - including the floor boards. I just installed all new water temp, oil pressure, and voltage gauges. I do not have a tach anymore in there, as the one that it came with went bad. I may have missed a few things which have been installed in the motor. The motor was finished late September and I drove it around for about 150 miles to let the rings seat. I would rate the interior a 6 out of 10. The original radio is not hooked up, but I do have it and the car is kept in a garage. Also, the car has a lean - though it's an easy process - See very bottom for details.

Negatives:
No horn, easy to install one
A few rust spots on the body, nothing too major (trunk, hood, inside of trunk under rubber seal which I just noticed)
Rear running lights work but only one brake like works. Power not getting to second brake light when using meter. Minor electrical work needed to take care of that and the dash doesnt light up at night. Its really not a huge deal. Head lights are new and fog lights work. Turn signals work except to the right rear i wanna say. Again, its power not getting to that side.
The dash does not light up

I dont wanna get rid of it because its amazing and has some crazy power, but, again, I just don't have time. The title is not clear. USAA has the title right now. Its a simple process though, I have done it before. Bill of sale created and notarized defining all characteristics of the transaction which I would create, Electronic payment to USAA, two days to get to DMV on an electronic release then the title is sent over night with my signature and you do the rest with your DMV. Car can be shipped, though I think that is roughly 600$ depending on where. You would have to set that up.
