16.5 tire/wheel options

Did a search and surprised this didn't show up. I have a 1979 C-20 with the un-obtainable or not desired 16.5 inch tire/wheel. There are 8 lug on 6.5 inch circle I believe. What are my options to replace these with something more obtainable? I am sure this has had a lot of attention but I didn't have any luck finding any info.

Tirerack has one tire in 16.5" or you can switch to new wheels in 16" diameter with a pattern of 8x165mm and 16" tires.
