11999 Chevy Silverado, Four Wheel Drive, I rotated the tires?

1999 Chevy Silverado, Four Wheel Drive, I rotated the tires, but now I cannot get the hubcaps back on. The plastic nuts will not catch the studs.

That shouldnt have anything to do with it. use a socket with caps and install
