09 tahoe stalling after fueling only

runs and drive fine only after you get gas and start the vehicle it will act like it wants to shut off if I give it gas it will start to run fine again until I have to fuel again. Also if I try ti get gas while the Tahoe is running and I take the gas cap off it will stall. Have code p0443 already replaced purge valve
