07 lsj in 06 cobalt

i have found a smokin deal on an 07 motor. can i put it in an 06?
the differences as i see them is the ignition is cop and cam sensor...so i just swap the valve cover off the 06 and plug the csi in, right

also the crankshaft sensor ring is differnt, so swap that...

the spec sheet says the cams are different, the intake cam is and 07 intake cam is not interchangeable.
my thought is that it will probably trigger a cam sensor error code and never run correctly.
does anyone know if this will be doable and run correct?

you are getting the 07 computer also?

no, the computer is not available. the 07 computer would be coil over plug and cam sensor. the wiring on the car and computer is for csi ignition, so as i see it, i change the crank sensor and ring on the crank and run the 06 computer
