07 cobalt is leaking water from the dash

My dash is leaking water into my floor boards and when i turn corners it makes this gurgling sound, my a/c still runs cold and blows air out like it should. what could be the problem?

are you sure it's not antifreeze indicating a leaky heater core? If water, you could have a clogged A/C drain, if you have a sunroof the drains could be clogged, or the seal around the windshield could be bad. If it is not the heater core or A/c drain, run a water hose on spots of the car till you find the source of the leak

I'm more inclined to agree with Zora on the clogged a/c drain. Not an uncommon thing to happen on any car.
