04 subruban new,battery, new starter,fired up now clicks?

04 subruban 1 yr battery but disconnected for 30 days w 1 yr battery, connected back and took 3 times to barely turn over then finally fired up.. assumed its the starter, so installed new starter and fired up 3 times but did not drive anywhere just let it run 15 minutes. Turned off and now lights turn on and just clicks. Tested battery w car off and said 2 amps?

Only thing I can think of is battery super low due to sitting for a month on 35 deg weather or solenoid in new starter fried or ???

What is the battery voltage?
Even a new battery can be defective, have it load tested.
A battery that has a low charge does not recharge in 15 minutes.
