Had a head gasket repaired on my 2001 Chevy Impala and the water pump, now for some reason the motor is making a loud ticking noise, I've checked the fluids and everything seems to be adequate, any suggestions as to what I should check, or what could be the problem, and if at all possible any suggestions to a solution to correct the loud ticking noise?
