intermittent unable to start, not turning over. Hello Chevy members, great to be here! Strange issue: This is the third time in a 6 month period that I went to turn my ignition key and nothing happens. Then after I walk away from the car and come back about 5 mins later, it starts working...

Car turns over but won't start. I've replaced the crank position sensor, coil packs, new battery and the cylinder have good compression. I did notice lately I can turn the key and when it's in the on position I can pull it out. Any ideas why it won't start? Does a 1995 have a theft system...
