oilpan

My sisters car has a 4 inch hole in her oil pan from hitting a u-turn curb. She doesn't have the cash to fix it so I have to. I read that the motor and trans have to be separated and they have to be lifted to get the oil pan out. I'm looking for advice on the easiest way to change the oil...
