heater ac rear

Has anyone else had this issue? I have a 2000 Suburban 1500 and in the front I have to switch the AC Switch all the way till it clicks to the red indicator in order for it to get hot... And in the rear...no matter what I set it to...it won't blow hot. It blows fine and the AC works fine, but...
