open the radiator drain cock and remove the coolant reservoir filler cap. Drain into a bucket that can hold at least 4 gallons. Buy 2 gallons of any name brand antifreeze compatible with Dexacool, or if premixed 3 gallons. If you do not buy premixed buy 2 gallons of distilled water. After draining close the radiator drain cock and if using premixed put in as much as you can. If not premixed put in 1 gallon of antifreeze and 1 gallon of distilled water. Start the engine, once the thermostat opens the level in the reservoir will drop and add additional premixed or a combination of antifreeze and water. Reinstall the reservoir cap. Drive the car to fully warm it up and let it sit over night. Next morning recheck the reservoir and add fluid to bring it up to the full line.
