12k miles on a new clutch-slips-is that possible ?

Are you the only one driving the vehicle?
Did you use all new parts, disc, cover, throwout bearing?
Did you use brand name parts?
Did you do anything to the flywheel?
Did you check the transmission fluid level?
If low any sign of a leaking front seal?
