Default 2002 Malibu engine swap

Will a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix 3800 series motor fit in a 2002 Chevy Malibu 3.1 8 digit J and if so what changes would I have to make for the 2004 3800 series motor to fit and run

you need the ecm and wire harness and motor mounts
