99 Chevy Malibu Wont Accept Gas!!!!!!?

I tried filling my gas tank today and the gas just poured right back out!! It doesnt appear anything is in the way as I can see the valve open upon contact by the pump nozel...I even tried using a different pump, and also slowing flow of gas too, this has never happened before
