Default Need help with indicators on 1956 Chev

Hi guys, this is my first post with this forum. I am having an issue with the indicators on my '56 Nomad. It appears that a non-standard indicator switch has been used and I am having trouble identifying it so that I can replace it.

I have attached a photo of the switch. Can any one identify it?

Hope you can help,
