2016 Impala display reset

I have a 2016 Impala LTZ and the display will randomly reset. By that I mean the display will go blank for several seconds, then the "Loading Maps" will come up and the display will return. Sometimes it will also cause the route programmed into the NAV to be lost and the orientation setting of the maps to change. The Bluetooth link to my phone will also be reset each time this happens (when the display returns I will see the Bluetooth connection message).
I have taken it to the dealer three times and they have done some updates and an "alignment" that seems to correct the problem for about a month after which it comes back.

This has become very frustrating to me. Does anyone have any insight into or experience with this problem?

Thank you for the reference but I was hoping another Impala owner had experienced this problem and had found the root cause.
I took the car to the dealer today and he was able to duplicate the problem by leaving the car out in the sun and determined the display itself was failing. So they are going to replace the display. We will see if that solves the problem since my experience is the occurrence of the reset does not relate to the temperature or sun shining on the display.
Also while I realize interactions can be complex it is not clear to me how a failed display would cause the Bluetooth connection to my phone to also fail and for some of the display settings to change.

If this does fix the problem I will post the result so others may find it useful.

you may want to advise the dealer about the service bulletin in the link below, replacing the screen may not solve the problem

I wanted to post the final resolution of this problem. After several visits to my dealer who installed updates and replaced the display the problem turned out to be the display brightness control. My guess is this device was occasionally sending invalid brightness settings causing the display to reset. We found this when the display started cycling from bright to off. Since replacing this part the problem has not recurred.
